Yuliana Malkhasyants

Graduated from the Moscow Ballet School (now the Moscow State Academy of Choreography) in Galina Kuznetsova’s class and joined the Bolshoi Theatre of Russia. She occupied the position of a character dance soloist, then worked as a choreographer and repetiteur and left the theatre in 2017.

Graduated from the choreographic faculty of the Russian Institute of Theatre Arts (now the Russian University of Theatre Arts), she acts as a choreographer and assistant director at the theatres in Krasnoyarsk, Chelyabinsk, Perm, Lvov and Tbilisi. Assistant ballet master at the Bolshoi Theatre productions of Coppélia (directed by Sergei Vikharev, 2009) and Esmeralda (directed by Yuri Burlaka, 2009).

In 1992-97, artistic director of the Russian Ballet on Ice.

Dean of the Faculty of Choreography at the Institute of Contemporary Art in Moscow.
